On line they offered free red light therapy with iv drip. But when u go there and get iv and don't have.
Really enjoyed my experience here. Not only was the consultation with Jackie very thorough, I felt like my treatment plan was really customized and tailored to my goals. I did some injections with Nurse Melanie and Ultherapy treatment with her. She is the best. Highly detailed and explained everything to me. Definitely recommend.
Update Aug 2026: After your reply here, I reached out again directly and still received no response or resolution. I've since filed a formal complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario. Updating this review to save others the headache of dealing with a business like this. Also, before you commit to a membership here, go get a proper HydraFacial somewhere reputable first, so you understand that their lower price isn't a great deal, it reflects the poor quality of the facials. ————- I regret joining this membership.
