First, it’s not a good vibe in this place. People don’t greet you when you walk in, it feels like they are just doing you a favor. The guys aren’t friendly. And second, our appointments have been canceled three separate times in a week. One time we went there, waited five minutes and then told us the guy had called out. Made an appointment in advance with Matthew Eiche (on my only day off from work) a week in advance and when I show up 10am on a Sunday the lights were off, door was locked, and I stayed around for another 15 minutes. Nothing. Extremely unprofessional, waste of my time, and now I need to call around places to get my haircut within the same day.

Worst haircut of my life. Messed up my beard, was 15 minutes late (stating he "had to eat lunch or wouldnt have had time to eat today"), fade was uneven. I had to go home and give myself a new haircut, fixing the beard and fade. waste of money and time. I told this guy I had an important business meeting coming up and he just did not put any care into his work. I wouldnt go back here if it was the last shop in NJ.
