5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality During the previous repair ( 2 months ago) a part went unchanged under the front bumper at my election. The part was replaced this time which seems to create a noticable deviation of previous work (fender) and where the bumper now sits. It's good craftsmanship however the new work does not match up to the old work. 5 Star : Customer Service

0 Star : My Experience I expected all five Lugnuts to be on my tire... Not finding two of them in my vehicle that I had to put back on myself and the fact that there’s a safety issue when you only have three Lugnuts on a five lug tire... happy with the outcome of the car not happy with the attention to detail which is most important 3 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality 5 Star : Customer Service
