4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality Body work looks great. Rear gate requires shutting it a bit hard to fully latch but not bad enough to change it. Right front seatbelt is slow to retract but not sure if it was ever checked. Everything else looks and runs like it should. 5 Star : Customer Service Very professional and courteous. Schedule went a few days over but they kept me informed.
5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 5 Star : Customer Service Terry was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the repair process.
5 Star : My Experience Terry and Paul made a great initial impression. When I picked up my car today, I was over the moon! So much more than I expected. Thanks to everyone that worked on my vehicle.
3 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality AC condensor is brand new however used all the old washers and orings to install lines resulting in one trip back to signature where I was told it was just an air bubble in the lines. The next morning ac is gone again. Had to go by the parts and do it myself as me and the family were 300 miles north with no ac in 100Degree weather 5 Star : Customer Service Nice folks
