Absolutely love the Sonos Arc, Sonos Sub, Paradigm Surround ceiling speakers complimented with the Sonos AMP. Roger took the time to explain, show options, and even helped with spacing issue and suggested the ARC. 🤌🏼 I was hesitant, BUT I was not disappointed! It was worth the 2hr drive & I’ll do it again in a heart beat, plus Roger had better prices then any other big box store. Plus a walk down memory lane in the audio world. Excellent Service and Advice! In late 2023, I started working with Ben to design a basement theatre room. Ben worked with me on multiple visits to the store to select a television, receiver, and surround sound system that was within my budget. They were in to install two extra large tvs in our office. They gave helpful advice and were not just task focused but experience focused. Without some of their comments we may have made choices that in future would have compromised our growth.
Roger and his son are very knowledgeable and honest. They'll work with you on your idea and recommend what you need without trying to sell you on anything. They helped me with an entire turntable and hifi speaker setup. Highly recommend!
