I received my two frames 10 days ago, and I have left a message, and numeral emails, and I have not heard back one word. The company is completely ignoring me. Please read prior review. It was a nightmare order. I received two wrong frames and damages. I have filed a claim with Better Business Bureau to get my money back. My daughter graduates in 6 days and I have no gift for her now because I have no extra money; it all went in the frames. 389 dollars wasted. I have been trying, to get a hold of company... but my email to the owner, which says to contact if we have issues, has been refused. Looks like i just lost 389.00 and have no way to get my daughetr and son something for graduation now, cause no way i can give them those frames. And it was all i had money wise. I have tried since last week to get a hold of them...impossible to reach them. I will report the company on better business bureau and file a claim also. so i posted about a terrible experience today when I just got the frames for my graduating kids, and I was so upset about the kinks in the frame and dirty velvet etc, messed up corner etc....didn't realize that also I didn't get the frame I actually ordered.... they gave me something different so I'm adding it now, and I have calmed down a bit... I'm kind of horrified , I didn't know we still had companies like this in the US. I am always very happy with orders, I do it a lot, I have never been so disappointed. so here is wh... read more

OMG, I should have read the reviews on this first. I ordered two frames, one double, my daughter graduating with her master's, and my son's bachelor so got a single for him. When I open the box, they were compressed with each other which was already a very bad sign to put two frames that way. I got them on sale cause I can't afford them otherwise, but it was still very expensive 389.00. the quality of the frame is terrible. and a lot thinner than the photo shows. They both have nicks on them , and the large frame is the wors... read more

Stay away! I placed my order on November 9, 2022 and paid for 7 day Rush shipping because I'm out of town for work and needed to get the announcements out ASAP. There website guarantees delivery within the time-frame stated but today is November 20 and I still don't have my order. I called for a few days and left messages and finally got a call back only to be told that my order still hasn't printed. I order announcements and frame over 2 weeks ago with 7 day rush shipping and have not received a shipping notice yet. Good luck trying to get someone to reply to your e-mails or phone calls. Order says printed and pay later by phone. This is incorrect because my cc has been charged. Can't get anyone to return my calls or e-mails. Next step dispute with my cc company! I would give zero stars if I could. Wish I had read the reviews.
I ordered my Doctorate Degree Frame and keep being told that they are working with a skeleton crew and my frame would be an additional 2 weeks. Well, it has been 5 additional weeks and still no frame. Customer service will not reply to my messages. I opened a dispute with my CC company to seek a reverse on the charges. I paid $250 for the frame. Very upset with the entire experience.
