We, JRS Engineering Ltd., work with Signature Alliance as a building envelope consultant and find them to be courteous, professional and generally good to work with.
Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff taking phone calls. Refusal to help come up with a very simple solution to have a mail key delivered to our unit before Christmas. I was told to “send my own courier” to get our mail key, which was only made available for pickup for 1 hour during the work week. Completely unreasonable. I was also explicitly told that “we are not accepting complaints” - laughable if not sad, pathetic customer service.
