Nobody wants their a/c to go out in the summer time. But if it does, this is the company to contact. I was headed out of town and asked John to set up a service call for Monday morning. Not only did he accommodate me, he contacted me Sunday to confirm. His guys were extremely professional and got me up and running the same morning. Top notch company!
I cannot compliment John and his team enough on our A/C replacement. Not only did the Owner, John pick up the phone on a Sunday evening but showed up personally Monday morning to explain the issue and had his team out to our house in a couple hours to do a full replacement of our unit. It's very refreshing and comforting to work directly with an Owner. I highly recommend Signature Air Conditioning for all you A/C needs.
They came on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Very professional. I would recommend them to everyone.
