We were referred to Signature Agency by my Mom’s doctor, who had several satisfied patients using the agency for home health services. My mom at first was very hesitant to have a stranger around her house but the agency’s manager, Beata,l took time to meet with her couple times to go over the process and to ease her into this new experience.
