Your online information request form submission process needs to be reviewed. I inquired about getting some signs for my work truck over a year ago and did not hear back until today, when I was asked to review my experience with the company. While I'm glad to have an opportunity to provide feedback, I would have preferred to actually have someone contact me in regards to my initial inquiry.
