I have been going here for years and I have always had a good experience! They are lovely and chill. They are efficient - usually takes 3 1/2 - 4 hours for medium sized box braids down to mid-back which is what I usually get. And it tends to last for a while. I bring my own hair but they have hair there as well. I would call and check that they have what you are looking for in terms of hair! Photo attached to show what my hair looks like.

I visited Signara to get my hair braided for the first time. I explained what I wanted, and she did the style exactly as I desired— the size, length, and color of the braids were spot on. However, the next morning, I noticed flakes on my braids, and some parts seemed to be coming off. 1 star ..I asked for 6 even stitch braids and even showed a pic of how my hair was braided previously, she instead gave me 8 cornrows that are incredibly uneven, un centered, and sloppy. My wife who doesn’t even braid hair has done WAY cleaner work! At first she tells me my hair isn’t long enough to braid (3 1/2 in.) then after she is done she tells me my hair was not long enough to do just 6 braids.. so she did 8 without even asking me. I went here for a simple 4 braid cornrow style a few years ago and was so traumatized. My hair looked like a 5 year old did it at the back. I thought it felt off because I’ve been getting braided styles for years but I’m very particular and cautious about my natural hair. When my friend saw it I realized how bad it was!
