Extremely rude behaviour by the receptionist. Simply Unwelcoming and rude.
Absolutely pathetic behaviour by the receptionist. Cancelled our appointment for immigration medical test 45 min before our test. We were on a very tight timeframe. And when we went to the clinic to get some guide/help for the alternative option the receptionist went full berserk and kept screaming "THE DOCTOR IS GONE FOR A FAMILY EMERGENCY" with wide open eyes. very bad service and they don’t want to improve it because there are so many people who simply have nowhere to go so they have to go to this clinic.
