Stayed in 2 bedroom cottage. Dark and dreary. Dusty walls, incredibly dated carpet with major ick factor. The cabin has no microwave nor coffee maker. Provided fans but they don't reach outlets to use in windows. Thankfully brought extension cord based on another traveler recommendation. Front screen doors have no hinges and ALL guests bang doors with incredible force and noise. No internal security so noisy unsupervised teens ride the property in ebikes. Several guests had off dog leashes despite policy. Bathroom also icky.... read more
Trash company.
You can't beat the views from Signal Mountain Lodge! We appreciated having access to a kitchenette during our stay so that we could eat breakfast and lunch on our own. We dined in the restaurants on site for dinner and were quite impressed with the variety and quality of the menus. However, if you are sensitive to noises from other guests, I highly recommend reserving an upper unit or a stand alone cabin. There were none available during our stay, unfortunately.
