On 9/21/19, I decided I would go and move my belonging out of Signal Hill Self Storage and sort through my 10' x 8' unit. I would decide what to keep, what to sell, and what to donate. My plans changed quickly upon opening the unit and finding rat droppings covering many of the items at the front of the unit. The smell of urine was evident and in some spots overwhelming.
