Very disappointing experience with Signal Hill Auto Repair. Patel was the person I dealt with regarding my vehicle and the service, and unfortunately the experience was extremely frustrating. Bad service my car only needed a battery Patel replaced the alternator without my consent and demanded money!!!! Like what type of business are you running
0 stars if I could This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with Patel at Signal Hill Auto Repair, and at this point it’s clearly not a one-time issue. Both times, his attitude and the way he spoke to me were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Mr. Milton is an excellent mechanic, professional, knowledgeable, and honest about the work your car actually needs. He's genuinely nice and easy to talk to, and it's clear he knows what he's doing. The garage itself is clean and well maintained, which says a lot about how the business is run. I'll definitely be coming back here for future service. Highly recommend.
Very friendly! Quick and easy service. Highly recommend!
