Very bad communication skills. The management sucks. They don't answer the phones when call. Not only by my own experience, but by even their own workers, stressing that they try to reach the company. By phone, do the bad weather. And they still don't answer the phone. Most of the people that they hire to work for them are great people. I am so very happy to have John. He is a very thorough cleaner. He puts me to shame. He also helps me tremendously with remembering all my appointments and helps me prepare for them. He keeps me organized. I love his wife Fon, she is the sweetest worker I have ever had. and a very good cook. I am so lucky to have her. Candy is awesome, she assisted me with fixing my garbage disposal and vacuum cleaner. She has a really cool attitude. I am so lucky to have the greatest care team in the world!
