I contacted the company about a quote for replacing the gate operator at my home, which had failed. A representative from the company promptly called me back to discuss, which I appreciated. They were polite and professional, but before they would even quote, they wanted to charge a ~$150 service fee to come out and perform an inspection of the gate and surrounding area. Asked for an estimate on my electric gate repair. Had a push button remote bell on the gate with a sign stating"ring". Instead of ringing, the repairman came real early, left a phone message, proceeded to work on the gate without ringing bell or giving an estimate. Replaced a battery but continued working on parts that I wouldn't have asked for if I had an estimate. Now I'm faced with a bill twice the price I wanted. It hurts when your on a fixed income.
