Nancy H My Garage door broke on Saturday and when I called Signal Doors on monday morning and spoke to Helen she got a technician out to my house the same day. housewife I called Signal Doors because I saw they had a five star rating in the Dex Yellow pages. Their entire team from the lady who took my order and all the repairmen were professional,timely and polite. They DO deserve their five star rating.
Prompt and Effective Signal Doors was assigned my service request by my Home Appliance Insurance Co. I was contacted promptly, an appointment set up and they kept it. The repairman was knowledgeable, had the part necessary, replaced the part in a timely manner and was polite and helpful with questions. I would use them again.
