I brought my dog in to be groomed. I was charge twice the estimate, he was not finished and I was told they would charge more if I brought him him at a later date. When I called the manager, Megan, she gave no resolution, offered no solution, no refund, and no apology. she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Maycie the groomer is wonderful and took great care of our yorkie fur baby. His haircut looks amazing!
