My orders are always received late. When I call, I am put off, and their printers are always down. It's never an easy process. I have to call them 2 or 3 times to get them to even look at my order. I really hate to take my business here because I am a business owner and I need to get parents uniforms with logos, and my signs in a timely manner. But maybe I am just singled out and they take all of their other customers seriously. At least that is how I feel.
