DO NOT trust this business. They do not follow through with their promises. They have completely stopped responding to my emails or answering my calls. We put a 50% down payment on a sign order in August 2021 it is now March 2023 they never produced the sign or the refund they promised. They promised me a refund in December 2022 and then stopped responding to emails or answering the phone.

Terrible experience. Al took the work order and said he would review and call back with details. Then he ghosted me and cancelled service when I followed up. Terribly unprofessional. RUN!
Sign was made the wrong size and Al the manager refused to correct it. Al said to take our business else were after doing business for several years with Sign Diego.
