I’m a San Antonio business owner but because the pricing was the best at Sigma I decided to invest time in taking the 2hr trip. I felt the graphic designer could have communicated better, and been more open to details like different fonts and colors which were never offered to me. I came up with a core draft of what I wanted and it really just stayed like that. No effort to really customize or add “pop” to it. Im not an expert designer. The team at SigmaGrafix was A+. The Sales process with Nick was straightforward and fair. Michael was an expert at design, and rapidly incorporated my feedback into a rapid revision cycle (with a great looking final product), and Mason and Dustin got it printed and installed in a matter of days. All service and communication was top notch. Highly recommended!
