This software company is horrible. I would definitely be using a different company next year. The customer service is horrible and no one is on the same accord. Management never returns your calls. The customer service representatives seems to never know what is going on. They constantly need to place you on hold to speak to someone about whatever problem you may be having. The fees are ridiculous and outrageous. My advice would be definitely run away from this company. If I could give zero stars I would.
The worst software company ever! They’re an authorized reseller. Instead of them sending you the software for you to download yourself, they do it for you by connecting to your computer. They don’t offer any training on how to use their software. This is my first time using them and my last! I WILL NOT be going back to them next season!
