I have their switch on my motor home for the propane. After only one year it stopped working because of corrosion inside the switch. You can see the green corrosion at the base of the connection. Sigma sent me to Ebay to order a single switch and told me what to order for an exact replacement. $17 and a a few days shipping. I covered this switch with electrical grease to keep out the corrosion.
Great service. Actual human answered the phone and put me through to an individual that could assist with my issue. This individual offered a cell phone number and an email to text pics of needed parts. Sent the pics and got a call back a few minutes later with the information on how to obtain the correct parts via ebay. Outstanding personal customer service and never once had to navigate a computer answering service.
