I figured one year later I’d come back and give a detailed review of this scam of a company. The staff is utterly incompetent and useless. SIGMA refused to provide me with a letter of good standing with the HOA, so I was unable to get a rental permit for my property. Every time I called it was just another excuse. I even showed up in person and all of the staff members were joking around in the kitchen and they claimed I wasn’t the owner of the property.
