Beautiful facility, but the staff is not friendly. Upon move-in, the staff provided the incorrect door access code for move in day. My contact information was computed incorrectly therefore allowing no access to my account. I received a late fee, when speaking with the manager, I was advised that although I was not permitted access to my online account due to their mishap, she declined any refunds or credits. There are other storage facilities, that care about their customers and their belongings.

Our move went so smoothly with Sigma! I can’t thank Amanda enough for all her help. She was very professional and attentive to our needs. Facility is very clean and I feel at ease knowing my belongings are secure and safe.
Clean, secure storage facility, with easy access. Kristin B. at the front desk took care of us quickly, and was very efficient in setting up the paperwork. She made the experience enjoyable.
