I emailed Kody Cannon this morning asking his opinion in reference to having a will vs a living trust. He responded promptly and explained the difference providing lots of details and making it easy for me to understand. My husband and I have a last will and testament and Mr. Cannon prepared this for us a few years ago. I highly recommend Kody Cannon if you need legal assistance in estate planning. He builds personal relationships with his clients and provides superb customer service.

I'll start by saying Frankenberry is a screen name only, not my real name as that is ridiculous. I was in fact a client for one of the attorneys here. I initially spoke with someone on the phone and I decided to hire them as I was convinced my best interest was at hand. I forgot their name, that's how much assistance I got in 2 months.
