RecommendedVery nice office personnel. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. DR. Lakhani is a great doctor. I have recommended him to many friends and acquaintances. I can see so much better than I ever have in my 74 years.
The staff use to be so happy, not so much anymore? The office management looks like they attempt to make the office look sterile .... but the bathrooms are filthy! Really where is the management here! And then the wait... The wait ? Where is the wifi?? Your site says you have wifi , staff says they don't know the pass code? Does management know the pass code?
RecommendedI've seen several of the Drs there and had no issues with any of them. All were sincere and caring and took time to explain the diagnosis. You may have to wait a bit but in the end it's worth it. Staff is great.
scheduled people and don't see them for another hour or two then ask how long it will take since waiting for an hour told your next now we still waiting for 2 and half hours never again this place sucks
The wait time is simply RIDICULOUS. They make you go through all these tests that seem completely unnecessary and unrelated with the issue that you’re having. I found the office very disorganized and felt uncomfortable. I also found everyone there unfriendly and uninterested on the patient. You feel like you’re just a number, one more opportunity for them to make more bucks through the various and endless tests they make you do...
I am not one to give bad reviews. The people were always so wonderful and friendly. I have pars planitis and was going here for about a half a year and was treated for something completely different then what they diagnosed me to have. I do have pars planitis and i went to a different eye doctor who seems to know alot of stuff and they don't waste my time. Betz was treating me for an eye infection which made my new eye doctor very upset because I showed him the eye drops betz put me on, this place was clearly treating me for... read more
Always the nicest people and most important a thorough eye exam. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my eyes taken care of... thank you Dr. Conners....
