Dr Lin is THE BEST. Staff friendly & helpful . And when you go there 3X a month yes 3 times, they must be excellent.
Love the place and staff but the time is so long it’s ridiculous I’m sorry
I am very pleased with Dr Lin the retina specialist. I was going blind in my left eye from macular degeneration and he told me that he could fix this through monthly eye injections. The treatments are working. My vision is improving tremendously. Thank you.
They bounce you around there had a girl today get flustered because I was asking alot of questions then said I was yelling at her. Believe me if I was yelling it would have been heard by many. Was made very uncomfortable. I have my reservations about returning
Today was fast. My appointment was at 11:20. I was out at 12:00. Dr Berson is the best. 😉 5 ⭐️
They over schedule people. Very long wait times. Ridiculous
My family uses the Wyomissing office and it is always so busy and crowded that there is currently standing room only. This is not a medical office that cares about people as much as making money. They ridiculously overbook their appointments!! Then the doctor is incredibly rushed and you see him for maybe 2-5 minutes. No time for questions or gaining a real understanding of your conditions or plan of treatment. Ready to start looking elsewhere even though one family member has a fairly complicated condition.
