Dr. Lin and Marcia along with the entire staff are truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The wait times are way too long - some appointments take as much as two hours. This is way too long for a 99 year old! Bill paying is also a mess - we paid a bill then received two more for the same services. The original bill did not include a vital id so it took many phone calls and emails to get the payment credited. Got handed around to four different people until the fifth person finally was able and willing to help untangle this mess. Becoming part of SightMD was not a good move for Betz.
Dr. Linn and his staff have been treating me now for over one year. They are very caring professionals. I would recommend Dr. Linn to any of my friends. He is a great retina specialist.
It’s a very busy practice, and although the wait time might seem unacceptable to some, Dr. Linn’s expertise is unsurpassed and I am so thankful to have him in the area. The staff is very friendly..
Dr Tan is a very good eye doctor. He removed cataracts from both eyes and Lazer surgery in left eye, over the years of care he has given me. I can highly recommend him. Dr Lynn has now replaced Tan and I can highly recommend him as well. The office and hall are always full but time seems in and out to be good. I remember long waiting times with Dr Betz years ago.
