Very courteous office staff. Dr. Kligman is very professional, personable and thorough. Explains everything well.
I was there for two hours and forty minutes. Totally ridiculous. Nowhere to hang your winter coat. Overbooked patients. Garbage can in waiting area overflowing with garbage. Also, employee walking around coughing with mask down around her chin. I have been in the medical field for 27 years and never had an experience like this.
I have been dealing with severe dry eye since October. Dr Kligman was very kind and listened to my symptoms and past treatments. He gave me a clear treatment plan and I feel very hopeful to be on the right track!
