Staff are impatient The technician have no training how to deal with seniors Upset that the Manchester office is closing After so many years!! Will be difficult to take my mom to the Enfield office

Hello, my family and I have been patients for several years and we always received great service by everyone but I would like to give exceptional recognition for Rebecca. Sometimes it's very hard to find a great doctor with great staff, Rebecca always, always gave us exceptional service and she did it with great enthusiasm and dedication. I would like Rebecca to get special recognition because she really deserves it. Rebecca's drive, kindness and enthusiasm makes her a great asset to this office and company.

I always loved going to doctor Delisle he's a great doctor! However they did give me someone else's prescription instead of my own which is a big mess up because private info was written on there... front desk issue

Found out that sightmd location in manchester,ct location will be closing at the end of october,2025. Sent in a medical release form. When I found out it will be closing. Spent 2 weeks to try to get to talk somebody at the clinic. Finally decided to go up and try to get copy of medical records. I told the lady I called the day before and the lady said. I can go pick up my records. Got to the clinic and she to fill out a form. I told her I already sent out the form and it will take up to 30 days to receive the records. What a... read more
