I never leave reviews but this place is the absolute worst. I can’t speak about the doctors but everything from the location to the front desk is abysmal. There is absolutely no parking in that area so I had to wait in the car while my grandfather in his 80s went up by himself. He was there for almost 2 hours. I called him several times but there is absolutely no cell reception down there so I couldn’t even get in touch with him. Dr. Zimei Zhou is excellent and outstanding at the most who has been taking care of my sister’s Retina treatment including Lazor operation caused by diabetes. Her kindness with good heart made patients feel comfortable as well. The only inconvenience is that too many patients need to stand by to see the doctor at least over a couple of hours in the waiting room.
Dr. Kim and the staff are professional and excellent and very caring great Doctor and a Great surgeon as well thank you and your staff
My uncle, who was in good health, underwent cataract surgery performed by Dr. Kim, which resulted in severe complications, including strabismus that has significantly impaired his vision and quality of life. Rather than addressing the complications and taking responsibility, Dr. Kim and their team avoided accountability and suggested unrelated procedures like laser treatments and double eyelid surgery, which had no relevance to the original issue.
