Almost 10 minutes past when the appointment was supposed to be (at 2:20) and I still haven't even received the form to fill out as a first time patient. Not a good start. Update: we ended up seeing the doctor about 2 hours after the appointment. I understand that doctor's office visits are usually a time sink but this is a bit ridiculous. Everyone is friendly and helpful, I am always able to get an appointment in a short period of time, and the doctors always take their time with explanations and potential questions.

Most terrible doctor’s office. 절대 가면 않되는 오피스 First of all, a horrible sewerage odor in the basement. The air purifier is not enough to eliminate the bad harmful odor. They make you wait over 3 hours to see the surgeon. This office does not respect patients’ time The assigned surgery building in the Bronx is filthy it has huge weight lifting vibration along with the noise that kills you.
