I want Optholmolgist’s Notes of his observations/ Diagnoses. After coming home I called today 15 minutes before 6 pm someone picked up the phone and transferred the phone but no one came on line from 41st Ave location, so I left voicemail.
I never leave reviews but this place is the absolute worst. I can’t speak about the doctors but everything from the location to the front desk is abysmal. There is absolutely no parking in that area so I had to wait in the car while my grandfather in his 80s went up by himself. He was there for almost 2 hours. I called him several times but there is absolutely no cell reception down there so I couldn’t even get in touch with him. Dr. Kim and the staff are professional and excellent and very caring great Doctor and a Great surgeon as well thank you and your staff
Dr. Zimei Zhou is excellent and outstanding at the most who has been taking care of my sister’s Retina treatment including Lazor operation caused by diabetes. Her kindness with good heart made patients feel comfortable as well. The only inconvenience is that too many patients need to stand by to see the doctor at least over a couple of hours in the waiting room.
Dr. John Kim and Moni are the best. They provide top level care for their patients and give you that special individualized attention. They always greet with smiles and create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
