The staff was friendly. It was a pretty efficient appointment. Different staff performed different tests. Dialated my eyes. I saw Dr Richter. He was nice, professional and thorough. The only minor inconvenience was the pre-recorded phone calls reminding me of my appointment. I received one the morning of my appointment, 5 minutes before my appt time, while I was driving there.
