Very relaxed and polite receptionist and triage nurse.
I arrived early for my 2pm appointment because I’m respectful of other people’s time. I was kept waiting there for more than 4 hours. I was given eyedrops that blurred my vision and caused light sensitivity for the rest of tonight but nobody told me beforehand that was a possibility and I had to drive more than an hour home, which was terrifying. They should have told me to have someone come with me to drive home. The doctor was nice, so that’s the one star but evidently he’s retiring soon so what happens to my chart. No tha... read more
