These people are very aggressive in trying to collect $25 for "missed" appointments even when the appointment was cancelled in advance. Which it was. On the other hand they have zero issues changing appoints sometimes multiple times up until the night before a morning appointment the next day. The final straw was when I was in the office waiting to see a doctor and was informed that I could not see him unless I signed a paper acknowledging that I "owed" them $25 for the missed appointment.
