Probably the individual offices and physicians are great, but you can't get through the "corporate structure" to get an appointment. Been trying for 3 days, referred by another physician for a problem and they keep telling me it takes "time" to get information entered into the system. Referring physician has sent information via fax and email twice now (once while I watched them do it and get confirmation it was received). TERRIBLE organization.
