Honestly I don’t understand the hype, but when I walked in, the experience was horrible. The receptionist came across as not only rude but uninterested which set the tone for the entire visit. The office was empty yet I was told it was “too busy” while being glued to her phone. The one and only doctor did not seemed engaged nor interested in supporting the customer; speaking in a discouraging way. Definitely not the level of care and respect that should be given.
I love this Doctor he is very humble, good mannerisms,gentle and very easy to talk to. Explains everything in a very simple manner to understand. He took one week to finish my progressive transition, and it was perfect. I have been wearing that kind of glasses for over 40 years, never this easy. I give him 10 stars. May God Bless him to continue to do great work.His receptionist is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.Overall I love this place of🤗 business
SEHDEV Optometry is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to eye care! From the moment I walked in, everything felt professional, smooth, and welcoming. Great experience and excellent care! Dr. Sehdev is very thorough, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The office is modern with highly advanced technology and a great selection of frames to choose from. Highly recommend!
