I walked in to look for a pair of new glasses. The staff member helped me for about 2 mins then took off to their desk leaving me alone without saying anything. So I tried on glasses myself for about 10 mins. There was only 1 sales person who was busy with someone else for 20 minutes. The original person that helped me just sat at their desk the whole time. The best pair or orthotics I’ve ever had! Been coming here for the last few years and the service is top tier! Always greeted with a smile and leave in comfort. Have referred plenty of family members and friends and all have had the same level of service and satisfaction! 10/10.

To the owner, if you look at the customer review history then you know the rating for this location keep going down. I live in Pickering and this is my go-to for glasses. I called today 12.45 PM to set an appointment for my kid and asked to check the insurance; was speechless at reply "I have got a job to do, can't check for everyone. Visit the store". Anyway, we also have job to do to pay you, further believe there are other stores who know how to better treat their existing clients. Thanks.
