Another person writing to rave about Sight Care Optometry's help in an emergency. I was in the neighbourhood at an appointment recently, when my glasses slid off my nose, onto the floor and the frame broke. Did I mention that my vision is absolutely terrible? Jemimah, the optician, went above and beyond the call of duty. My contacts were literally"stuck" to my eyes and we spent an inordinate amount of time, after hours, trying to remove them. She was patient and very kind when I had difficulty keeping my eyes open as she tried to remove them. Jemimah devised an ingenious way to remove them.......I can't thank her enough.
I visited Sight Care requesting a repair on my prescription Maui Jim glasses which I did not purchase from them. Jemimah took time and care to replace the nose pads (one had fallen off) refusing to accept any payment. While she was doing the repair I noticed that they carry a fantastic range of frames. I will certainly be returning for both an eye exam and to obtain new glasses in the very near future.
SightCare Optometry provides outstanding service from start to finish. The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. They really take the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I felt well cared for throughout my visit, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality eye care!
