I came to this store in desperate need of contacts for my highway drive back to my hometown. I offered to buy boxes of contacts of whatever they have in stock and even provided my prescription, but I was refused help even though they had options for me. No empathy from staff and no solution on what I should do. Shame on you and shame on this profession. Good customer service, the receptionist was very helpful. I will definitely come back for my glasses next year
My glasses got all bent out of shape at the grocery store. I needed something in the area and open on Sunday since they were so damaged I was getting a headache. The staff at Sight was amazing and so kind. She didn’t charge me for the repair even though I did not purchase these frames from her. I plan on coming back for a custom nosepiece. It was a wonderful experience and I hope to become a returning client!
