My family has purchased several pairs of glasses from the Yonge street location. The staff and optometrist are extremely friendly and knowledgable. The selection of glasses are stylish and the turn-around time is quick.

I came to this store in desperate need of contacts for my highway drive back to my hometown. I offered to buy boxes of contacts of whatever they have in stock and even provided my prescription, but I was refused help even though they had options for me. No empathy from staff and no solution on what I should do. Shame on you and shame on this profession.
