I began utilizing Siggs through a neighborhood referral. I liked that they are a family owned business and came highly recommended. The service has been top notch so far. They scheduled me very quickly, and have been very professional and knowledgeable.
We needed to replace duct work in our home and received a recommendation of Siggs AC as competent, efficient and family-owned. We we absolutely satisfied with their professionalism from evaluation to quote to doing the job (thanks to Eric and Josh, who replaced our duct work). We heartily recommend Siggs AC to anyone needing any thing AC-related from maintenance to a major project.
Dakota was my HVac maintenance man. So helpful and attentive. He was prompt, polite and pleasant. Nice attitude. He willingly did the heavy lifting as a couch was in the way of his work. He also spent some extra time discussing a new mini split. I’m a new Siggs customer. He did maintenance on the house and a mini split in the guest house I paid for 2 services in my total amount paid today’s and in 6 months. Thanks!
Business response time from call to repair well within expectations (same day). Technician arrived within stated timeframe, and he was able to diagnose, repair, and validate the repair all well under one hour. The technician explained well the failure mode, and advised how one could take preventative measures involving the failure mode. Excellent focus and efficiency!
A/C split unit for master bedroom. Done quickly, efficient team work and the product works far better than expected. Our only regret is we didn’t do this years ago! Highly recommended.
