Not happy with service. Was told delivery in 3 days before the weekend now is the weekend about to be out of oil, so I call was told someone would call me back never happen. Second house this happens to me with this company. Never again this will be my last time using this company. Don’t recommend worse so far.
Siggins Oil staff members are always responsive and understanding when I contact the company. They work with me, ensuring that whatever the circumstances, I receive high-quality service in a timely manner. Their technicians are both knowledgeable and respectful--qualities that are definitely appreciated.
Great Customers Service
Company does not stand behind their service contracts or products. Left a 91 yr old women with a service contract without heat and refused to honor contract and then dropped her as a customer. She was a customer for 20 plus yrs , maybe an issue for office of the aging!
