I rented from Sifford Properities several years ago. They are professional and kind.
4117 Hamilton Dr, Charlotte NC 28216 Please do not rent this house they have rat issues it’s mole growing on the walls. And the house has sewer issues. The maintenance man don’t fix stuff properly. The house is not insulated there is holes in the wall where water drips from the roof. This house is not up to code and the health department needs to be involved.
Mrs. Sifford and her team has do the the greatest job of making CLT home for my wife and I. We originally moved from MS to CLT and her team quickly approved us for a rental property. If it wasn’t for Sifford Properties we would not have been able to make the move. Thanks you Mrs.Sifford and team.
I was in a dark place and no where to go, til I found Mrs Lisa this was years ago when she help me with a place to rent but I just had to write about her today. She is a professional lady she kept it real and didn’t get an attitude when I was late. I really appreciate you and all that you did. Be bless and continue to be that BOSS!!!
