I had the pleasure of dealing with Star Realty over the course of 3 years, and never had a complaint. The rentals were kept clean, help was available, and all of our neighbors were incredibly kind. It’s always stressful picking out a place and wondering if it will be clean, quiet, and pest free, but our place was all of those things at a very reasonable price. Best of all, the owners acted like actual people and not some distant corporation. We miss the place!
Not at all impressed. My soon to be wife and I were looking for an apartment within the Red Wing area due my working in Red Wing at the time. A fellow person I worked with referred me to Star Realty and not knowing the area I took his advice to give them a chance. The agent who "helped" us seemed to not care at all about our experience and also seemed put off that she had to help a younger type clientele. She did not even introduce herself to my wife.
