The staff is very knowlagble the nurses and assistance know their job very well and Dr. Sievers is the best. He is up to date on medications and procedures. We are fortunate to have him.
My husband was scheduled for a first time visit and due to the fact that he was unfamiliar with their location, he arrived 9 minutes late. The receptionist chastised him and told him he would be cancelled if it happened again. He was very insulted by her bad manners. On his 2nd visit, he arrived on time and was put in a room where he waited FOR AN HOUR without so much as a nurse popping in to update him, or apologize for his wait! He nearly left he was so angry.
