Sam is the best manager and anything I need she’s always there 🥰! Love the playground here for my kids and there is a pool too. Lots of areas to walk your pets around if you have them. And super close to Gravois Bluffs shopping mall! Highly recommend staying here!
An awesome and affordable little community
I've been here, living at siesta manor 3 years and I've got a friend that lived here 20 plus years, and it's been good for them and me... It's always quiet, clean and they're always making improvements. Manager, Sam is a very nice person. They have a lot of new trailers, double wides great opportunity to live a peaceful life. Reasonably priced.
I asked for Maintenance for my siding and back door steps over 2 months ago and they have done nothing. I put the siding back up myslef before the first freeze so my pipes did not freeze
