I have lived in Sarasota for over 40 years and SKOB has been and continues to be my favorite restaurant. Great food and drinks and staff and atmosphere. I can’t recommend it enough.

We stopped in tonight for a bite to eat and some drinks, while waiting for our table we went to the back bar and sat down. The bartender wasted no time serving us even though he had what seemed to be an endless stream of non stop orders coming at him. He also encouraged us to eat at the bar where there would be no wait. Great food , GREAT BLOODY MARY , and great service.
