My least favorite place I went. The Bloody Mary I was hoping for like in the picture on here isn’t what I got. It was missing the bacon, shrimp and pickles. I got the soup and of course wanted bread with it so they needed to charge me extra for the bread which is fine. Well I also ordered mussels when it came to the table the mussels came with bread I’m assuming the worker didn’t know they bc then I got the side of $ bread so I ended up having a crap ton of bread. I don’t think it’s worth the money.
Food was as bad as the service. : (
The food was bad but the cocktails were AWFUL. Great oysters though. And the service was good. $225 for 3 people .. a dozen Oysters, 3 entrees, 3 glasses of wine and 3 cocktails..and I sent the first one back it was so bad. Their cocktails are like drinking flavored simple syrup. It is a great location, plus live music equals a really nice vibe.
RecommendedThe absolute best place on Siesta Key to get food. We went to multiple other oyster bars and restaurants; but, SKOB was the best by far!
