Reservation was cancelled on 3/7/19 by property without reason even after in full payment deposit was made. As of todat deposit has not been reimbursed. Not even sure if this place exist anymore. The phone number is no longer in service. Harry who once responded can't be reached.
This Hotel ran unauthorized charges on my credit card 5 weeks prior to my stay, I booked through Expedia, and cancelled withing expedia's cancel date, They took nearly $1000 from my card and will not make any portion refund. we never stayed!! I am disputing through my credit card, but want to make sure any prospective guests know the risk. When I called to discuss cancelling and the Red tide, I was treated very rudely.
