Refused to rectify his error Had eye exam to test my eyes for glasses with Dr Eric Siesel, paid the $75.00 exam fee. Ordered glasses and sun glasses online with his prescription. New glasses arrived but it was blurry when I looked through them, they were worse than my glasses prescription from 6 years ago. Scheduled another appt and was retested. Dr Siesel admitted he made a mistake with the prescription, said he was sorry – turns out that BOTH eyes, 3 numbers were wrong. BUT he then refused to pay for the replacement lense... read more
