PLEASE READ!! Do not rent or buy here, you will be mislead and seriously regret wasting your money. This is a corrupt board and owners colliding together so if you have complaints....dont waste your time taking action, it falls 9n deaf ears. Loud owners, lots of hallway walking provides with constant stomping and banging, not a nice quiet place at all. I would agree with every word of Paul A's review and add that there have also been multiple human rights violations by the corrupt board as well. I lived there for 8 years and it is every bit as bad as Paul A describes it.
Honest opinion....don't move here! Place is run like a concentration camp, or better yet an old age daycare. Lots of hallway traffic, gossip and disturbances throughout the night. They say there is quiet time from 11 pm till 7 amm...doesn't exist at all. As far as complaints go, don't waste your time....board of directors are corrupt.
