I would agree with every word of Paul A's review and add that there have also been multiple human rights violations by the corrupt board as well. I lived there for 8 years and it is every bit as bad as Paul A describes it.
Honest opinion....don't move here! Place is run like a concentration camp, or better yet an old age daycare. Lots of hallway traffic, gossip and disturbances throughout the night. They say there is quiet time from 11 pm till 7 amm...doesn't exist at all. As far as complaints go, don't waste your time....board of directors are corrupt.
